Solar Plexus Chakra Metal Singing Bowl E3/ F3
 
Note: E/F note, 3rd octave 
Frequency: 163hz when hit with large felt mallet which is an E note. However other mallets bring out other tones. I got 158hz with a different mallet, which is an e flat note. I also got 175hz when hit with a large suede wand, which registers as an F note.
Weight: 1167g
Condition: Second hand, from my own personal collection. Originally bought from the Sound Healing Academy (SHA) shop, but sadly, it didn't "fit" well with my existing set of bowls so I'm selling it on so it can find a new purpose & loving home. The glue marks you can see inside the bowl are from a sticker the SHA placed inside, detailing the weight, frequency, note etc which I took out.
