Sunday Slowdown Sound Bath (Greenwich)

Service Description

Sunday Slowdown Sound Bath is a space where you can to give your mind, body, and spirit a chance to repair, rejuvenate, and reset with sound healing. This session takes place at Studio 225 in Greenwich, it will start with a group meditation & intention setting, before moving into a soothing group sound healing featuring a mix of instruments, designed to bring you into a state of rest, peace, and balance. The session ends with a brief period of silence and integration before a few minutes of group vocal toning to fully awaken the body again. WAITING LIST: If we are fully booked, please do request to join the waiting list, as sometimes we have last minute drop-outs. Also if we have enough people to run a second session, that may also happen.

LATE ARRIVAL Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts. Late arrivals won't be admitted to avoid disruption to the class. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS You can reschedule your session up to 48 hours before without a cancellation fee.
