Sunday Slowdown Sound Bath [GREENWICH]
Service Description
What will you find in sound? Sunday Slowdown, lovingly hosted by Laura and Tom of Found in Sound, is a sonic sanctuary for rest, realignment, and reconnection — a chance to practice stillness through the transformative power of sound. This session begin with a heart-opening meditation accompanied by the grounding rhythm of the drum — helping you arrive fully in your body and in the present moment. From here, you're guided into a deep sound journey, immersed in the tones of therapeutic instruments including Sun & Moon gongs, quartz and alchemy crystal singing bowls, voice, monochord, and percussion — each chosen for its unique vibration and effect on the nervous system. These instruments are played with intention, using harmonic tones and intervals to encourage cellular symmetry and restore a sense of harmony within. A sound bath is more than rest — it’s an invitation to reconnect with your inner rhythm, clear emotional noise, and realign with your natural state of harmony. You don't need to do anything, just receive. Your body knows and sound supports. As part of your after care, you’ll receive a warm herbal tea and grounding bite — such as a homemade vegan brownie — to take home.
