Join Laura Found in Sound & The Reiki Warren for a Sunday Slowdown with Reiki, at Sensate Spa & Studios in Bristol. Sound Healing & Reiki are two ancient, holistic and time-tested treatments for a wide range of ailments including stress, anxiety, overthinking, headaches, constipation, poor circulation, sleep issues, physical pain, chronic pain, and respiratory problems. You will receive both during this session. Before the sound and reiki starts, there will be a gratitude themed chat & meditation. Research shows that people who practice being grateful show significantly higher levels of happiness and psychological well-being, which is a great foundation and focus for the sound bath & overall healing. With all of this combined, our hope is that you'll leave feeling more positive, calmer, and slightly tingly/ buzzy, with a renewed sense of calm, clarity, positivity, vitality, energy flow and balance. HEALTH PRECAUTIONS Sound Healing and Reiki is not recommended if you are less than 3 months pregnant, are epileptic, are prone to seizures, are unwell, or have a serious illness (mental or physical) conditions such as PTSD, sound-related PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder etc.
