Our last sound bath of the year in Bristol before Christmas! Saturday 6th December, 5.45pm-6.45pm at The Wild Box, Bristol. Join Laura and Tom for 90 minutes of deep stillness, recalibrating and sound healing. Begin with gentle breathwork, heart-led meditation and intention. Drop into rich sonic landscapes - crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, monochord, voice and more to soothe, realign and restore you. Connect to life force and wisdom, grounding into your higher self. Ending with a herbal peace tea, homemade vegan Christmas tree brownies and the Buddha Feet bowl ritual - a full-body vibrational finale. Your ticket also comes with a Christmas present to thank you for your presence this past year. WHAT WILL I FIND IN SOUND? I loved the singing." WHAT TO BRING Water, an extra head pillow, and anything else that will support comfort. TICKET TYPES We offer three contribution levels. The standard ticket is £20. There are 2 x £15 "Supported" tickets available per session for those who need a little extra help and for those who are on higher incomes, or would like to pay it forward please select the £25 "Supporter" tickets.
