We warmly welcome you to our first sound bath of 2026 at PixAudio in Greenwich under the new 'snow' moon. A new moon is a time traditionally associated with new beginnings, reflection, and intention-setting. This new 'snow' moon in Capricorn invites grounding, clarity, and alignment with what we’re ready to build and sustain, offering space to slow down, reset the nervous system, and plant meaningful intentions for the weeks ahead. From an astral projector and restorative essential oils, to nature sounds and candles, the room has been arranged to help support deep relaxation as travel along the sound path to deeper states of consciousness. The session begins with some gentle breath work and an intention-setting meditation accompanied by the bass drum, which together help activate the body’s ‘rest and digest’ response. This gentle opening allows you to settle fully into your body and the moment. From here, you’ll be immersed in layers of therapeutic sound, including gongs, crystal bowls, and the voice, designed to calm the mind, rebalance the nervous system, and retune the body. All instruments are played with intention, using tones and intervals that support symmetry and inner harmony. Found in Sound often aligns sound baths with new moons, full moons, and significant celestial moments to amplify healing effects and intentions. This new moon is a powerful energetic threshold, a symbolic doorway into new cycles, illuminated by the moon's light. After the sound journey, you'll be gifted a herbal tea and vegan cacao & dark chocolate brownie to take home and support your aftercare, grounding and nourishment.
