Service Description

This is our most in-depth 1-2-1 offering — a personalised sound therapy session shaped around your intentions, health history, and what is present on the day. Each session begins with consultation, exploring how your focus is experienced across physical, emotional, and sensory levels. This helps us understand how something is being held before working with sound intentionally to support regulation and shift. Sound is the primary modality — applied thoughtfully in response to your nervous system, sensitivities, and preferences. Instruments are selected deliberately, guided by professional training and experience rather than intuition alone. Sessions may include moments of stillness and deep listening. Gentle reflective inquiry is offered where supportive, helping you notice and integrate what changes. This session can be particularly supportive if you: • Are navigating a period of transition or emotional processing • Feel ready to engage more consciously with your inner world • Prefer a quieter, fully tailored environment • Have specific sensitivities or health considerations Many people describe leaving with: • Greater steadiness and perspective • A sense of release or renewal • Increased connection to themselves • Insight that continues unfolding beyond the session While individual sessions can be powerful, this work is often most supportive when explored as a short series (4–8 sessions), allowing space for depth and integration. Block bookings are available. Location: Sessions are primarily held in our dedicated therapy space in Sevenoaks. Occasional appointments may be available in Bristol or other locations by arrangement. Please note that sessions held outside Sevenoaks may incur a small additional room hire fee. All equipment and comfort provisions are provided. Essential Information: Warm, loose clothing is recommended; socks are essential. Men will be seen by Tom and women by Laura. Full health guidance is reviewed as part of the booking process.
