Private (Custom) Sound Bath For 4

Service Description

This 90-minute session is the most complete, personalised and private sound bath we offer for groups of up to 4 and takes place in our therapy space in Sevenoaks. You’ll be bathed in the deep grounding resonance of the gong, the shimmering tones of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, the rich harmonics of the monochord, the warmth of the human voice, and the delicate textures of chimes and therapeutic percussion. Every session is unique and meet you where you are. The interplay of these instruments creates a rich tapestry of frequencies designed to support you in exploring your own inner landscape. After your session, you’ll be offered a warm herbal tea and a grounding treat, giving space for integration before stepping back into daily life. No benefits or outcomes are prescribed — energy changes from moment to moment, and the experience will be entirely your own. You’re invited to get curious about what you might find in sound, and to trust that whatever arises is what’s needed in that moment. WHAT TO WEAR: Warm, comfy, clothing. Socks are essential.
