As the year begins to soften toward its close and the nights grow longer, we invite you into a deeply nourishing midwinter Retune & Reset Sound Bath with Reiki, lovingly guided by Laura and Tom of Found in Sound. This special seasonal edition is designed as a moment to pause, restore and reconnect beneath the quiet magic of winter. Wrapped in candlelit stillness and a celestial overhead projection of soft starlight, the studio will be transformed into a sanctuary for rest, reflection and deep inner listening. This restorative 90-minute journey begins with time to arrive, get cosy and settle into the space. You’ll then be guided through a short, heart-led meditation with gentle breathwork and intention setting, before being immersed in a rich tapestry of therapeutic sound - working like vibrational vitamins for your whole being. A carefully curated blend of instruments including the drum, quartz crystal and alchemy crystal singing bowls, sun and moon gongs, monochord, the voice, Himalayan singing bowls and therapeutic percussion are played with intention to shift your brainwave state, soothe the nervous system and support the body’s natural ability to relax, repair and realign. Throughout the experience, the sound is lovingly infused with Reiki, amplifying the energy of the instruments, the space and your own inner recalibration. You may find yourself drifting into deep rest, insight, emotional release or a quiet connection to something ancient and wise within. To close the journey, you’ll be invited to experience the powerful vibrations of the Buddha Feet Standing Bowl - a large Himalayan bowl you stand within as the sound travels from your feet through your spine and into every cell of your body, offering one final grounding and energetic reset. Afterwards, we’ll gather softly for a cup of locally-crafted Winter Warmer herbal tea, a vegan Christmas-tree brownie, and a small gift to remind you of your winter pause. A festive scent will weave through the space adding another layer of experience. WHAT TO BRING & HEALTH GUIDANCE: All equipment is provided. Feel free to bring your own comforts (eye pillow, water bottle, layers) if you'd like to make your nest even cosier. Sound baths are generally safe, but extra care is advised if you’re pregnant (especially in the first trimester), living with epilepsy, or a serious heart condition.
