Retune & Reset with Reiki Sevenoaks

Service Description

Retune & Reset is our monthly group sound healing and Reiki offering in Sevenoaks, guided by Laura and Tom of Found in Sound. This session is designed as a spacious pause — a chance to slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself beneath the surface of everyday life. Held in a softly candlelit studio with a gentle celestial projection overhead, the space becomes a calm, supportive sanctuary for rest, reflection, and deep listening. The 90-minute journey begins with time to arrive, get comfortable, and settle into the space. You’ll then be guided through a short, heart-led meditation with gentle breath work and intention setting, before being immersed in a rich tapestry of therapeutic sound — offered like vibrational nourishment for the whole system. A carefully curated blend of instruments is played with intention, including drum, quartz crystal and alchemy crystal singing bowls, sun and moon gongs, monochord, Himalayan bowls, therapeutic percussion, and the voice. Together, these sounds support shifts in brainwave state, calm the nervous system, and invite the body into its natural capacity to relax, repair, and realign. Throughout the experience, the sound is infused with Reiki, gently amplifying the effect of the instruments, the space, and your own inner recalibration. People often describe entering states of deep rest, clarity, emotional release, or a quiet sense of reconnection with something steady and wise within. To close the journey, you’ll be invited to experience the vibrations of the Buddha Feet Standing Bowl — a large Himalayan bowl you stand within, allowing sound to travel from the feet up through the spine and into the whole body, offering a vibrational finale. Afterwards, there's herbal tea and a nourishing vegan brownies to support aftercare and integration. DATES: Friday 13th March, 17th April, 12th June - 7.30pm - 9pm WHAT TO BRING & HEALTH GUIDANCE All equipment is provided. You’re very welcome to bring your own comforts to make your nest even cosier. Sound baths are generally safe, however extra care is advised if you are pregnant (particularly in the first trimester), living with epilepsy or seizures, have a pacemaker or serious heart condition, or are experiencing severe physical or mental health challenges.
