Sunday Slowdown offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gently set intentions for the week and month ahead. Taking place on the eve of June's Super New Moon, this special gathering invites you to pause before a new lunar cycle begins — stepping away from external noise and creating space for clarity, reflection, and renewal. Through immersive therapeutic sound, meditation, and deep rest, you'll be guided into a state of calm where the mind can soften, the body can unwind, and fresh perspectives can emerge. Whether you're looking to release, reset, or simply enjoy a peaceful evening for yourself, this is an opportunity to begin the weeks ahead feeling more grounded, aligned, and connected. After the session, you’re invited to stand in the ‘Oracle’ Buddha Bowl — a mini sound massage that many also find brings added insight and clarity. Vegan treats and herbal teas are also provided to enjoy. WHAT TO BRING & HEALTH GUIDANCE All equipment is provided. You’re very welcome to bring your own comforts to make your nest even cosier. Sound baths are generally safe, however extra care is advised if you are pregnant (particularly in the first trimester), living with epilepsy or seizures, have a pacemaker or serious heart condition, or are experiencing severe physical or mental health challenges.
