Custom Session for One

Service Description

This 90-minute session is the most complete, tailored, and personalised sound experience we offer. Based on the information you share in the booking form, instruments and vibrational tools (such as reiki, essential oils, and crystals) will be selected for you to support your intentions and health aspirations. There will also be time for a chat and consultation. If you are familiar with sound healing and already know what instruments you'd like to feature, you are welcome to share this on your booking form. You can read more about them here: foundinsound.co.uk/instruments Otherwise, instruments will be selected by us for their therapeutic benefits and purposes. After your session, you’ll be offered a warm herbal tea, giving space for integration before stepping back into daily life and aftercare tips and guidance will follow on email shortly after you leave. WHAT TO WEAR: Warm, loose, comfy clothing. Socks are essential. GOOD TO KNOW: Men will be seen by Tom. Women will be seen by Laura. Please select the appropriate therapist at booking. HEALTH GUIDELINES Sound-based therapies are generally safe for most people, but may not be suitable for those in their first trimester of pregnancy, with a pacemaker, sound-induced epilepsy, or other conditions listed in our health guidance: foundinsound.co.uk/health-guidelines. You will be asked to share this with us at booking.
