Sunday Slowdown Sound Bath Greenwich

Service Description

Sunday Slowdown is our monthly group sound healing offering in Greenwich — a sonic sanctuary for rest, release, and reconnection, supporting the body, mind, and inner world. Many of our Sunday Slowdown sessions are intentionally aligned with energetically potent dates, such as new moons, numerological gateways, and seasonal thresholds. These moments are traditionally associated with reflection, clarity, and renewal, offering a supportive backdrop for rest, intention, and inner alignment. After settling in, we begin with gentle breath awareness and a heart-opening meditation, accompanied by the grounding bass drum. This supports heart–brain–body coherence and activates the body’s natural rest-and-digest response, helping you arrive fully in the present moment. From here, you’ll be immersed in continuous therapeutic sound from both sides of the room, nestling you within a fully immersive 360° sonic experience. Instruments are played with intention, using harmonic tones and intervals chosen to support symmetry, coherence, and inner balance. As the body rests and the mind softens, many people find it becomes easier to listen inwardly — to intuition, insight, or a quieter sense of inner knowing. All you need to do is lie back, rest, and allow the sound to carry you. The session closes with a short period of silence for integration. You’ll then receive a herbal tea and a vegan dark chocolate brownie to take home. There's also the chance to stand in the ‘Oracle’ Buddha Bowl — a mini sound massage that many also find brings added insight and clarity. Vegan cacao brownies and herbal teas are also provided to enjoy and take home. >>>PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT & COMFORT KIT (mat, blanket, pillow, warm layers).<<< UPCOMING DATES: 19/4 · 31/5 The March Spring Equinox is a separate event and must be booked separately.
