For thousands of years, gongs have been valued in many cultures as instruments of transformation, celebration, and healing — known for their ability to move energy, clear stagnation, and open space for renewal. This one-to-one journey blends the grounding resonance of the Sun Gong with the spacious, shimmering tones of the Sidereal Moon Gong, supported by Reiki. The Sun Gong’s deep, low frequencies (around 41–42 Hz) help relax the nervous system, ease muscular tension, and create stability. The Moon Gong brings a luminous, expansive quality, inviting intuitive insight, emotional release, and connection to inner cycles. Together, they weave solar grounding and lunar expansion — sunlight and moonlight, earth and sky — to create a restorative sound space where you can rest, release, and realign. This session may be especially supportive for emotional overwhelm, burnout, physical discomfort, anyone needing grounding, and reconnecting with inner wisdom.
