I'd also recommend that you make a note of your intention as written on this form, ready for your session. This helps guide our attention & focus. We'll check back in before we begin to make sure it hasn't changed, and see how it progresses after the session.

Finally, please do make every effort to arrive on time as any delay impacts other client appointments and the room booking and may result in your session being cut short, or it being cancelled with full payment taken if you are more than 10 minutes late.
