Sound Massage & Reiki Flow

Service Description

A gentle yet powerful 1-2-1 session combining the radiant warmth of a sound massage with the supportive presence of Reiki. Together, they work to soften tension, calm the nervous system, and restore a sense of flow and connection. What to Expect You’ll lie comfortably on a professional massage bed with a heated blanket and grounding mat. We begin with gentle breathwork to encourage presence and coherence. Himalayan singing bowls are then placed on and around the body, creating sustained harmonic vibrations that travel deeply through muscle, fascia, and nervous system. Many describe the sensation as a “massage from the inside out” — warm, soothing, and deeply grounding. Reiki is woven throughout the session (hands-on or hands-off, according to your preference), supporting relaxation and energetic balance. Each session is responsive to your body’s rhythm and needs on the day. Where appropriate, essential oils or crystals may be included to support your intention. While deep relaxation is the most common response, emotional or physical release can also occur as the body returns toward balance. What to Wear: Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. Socks are essential for warmth and hygiene. Health Guidelines: Sound massage may not be suitable if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have bulging or herniated discs, metal in the spine, epilepsy, sound-induced seizures, or certain severe mental health conditions.
