Service Description

A gentle yet powerful one-to-one session combining the grounding vibrations of sound massage with the calming, hands-on (or hands-off) support of Reiki. This treatment is ideal when you’re feeling overwhelmed, depleted, emotionally sensitive, or simply in need of deep rest. Himalayan bowls are played around the body — and, if you choose, gently on the body, neck, back, shoulders, legs and feet — allowing their warm, earthy vibrations to soften tension, calm the nervous system, and invite the whole system back into balance. Reiki further supports this by encouraging energetic flow, emotional ease, and a profound sense of inner stillness. Each session is tailored to your needs, offering a sanctuary of calm where your body can unwind and self-heal at its own pace.
