Join us from the comfort of your own home for a deeply restorative online sound journey featuring two remarkable gongs. Their fundamental tones sit between approximately 40 and 113 Hz, producing deep resonant tones and complex overtones that create a rich listening experience. Participants often describe experiences such as: • A release of physical or emotional tension • A greater sense of calm, spaciousness, or ease • Fresh perspective on a situation or challenge • Feeling more connected to themselves and their inner world • A sense of balance, grounding, or renewal As the sounds unfold, you'll be invited to rest, soften, and listen. For some, this becomes a deeply relaxing experience. For others, it offers space for reflection, insight, or emotional release. There is no right way to experience the session. This is a practice of reconnection, ideal for those seeking stillness, or simply wishing to step away from the busyness of everyday life and spend time listening more deeply to themselves. BEFORE THE SESSION You won't need anything special — just a reliable internet connection, a quiet space, and somewhere comfortable to lie down. A bed, sofa, yoga mat, blanket, cushion, candle, crystal, journal, or cup of tea can all help create a space that feels supportive and nourishing to you. You're welcome to set an intention beforehand, though this is entirely optional. DURING THE SESSION After a brief welcome and grounding practice, you'll be invited to settle into stillness and receive. Different sounds can evoke different responses, emotions, insights, and reflections. The sounds experienced during the session may illuminate what is ready to be seen.
