Personal Sound Therapy

Service Description

Personal Sound Therapy is a bespoke sound-led experience shaped around you. Unlike a group sound bath, this session begins with a consultation so we can understand what is bringing you to the work, how you are feeling, any sensitivities or preferences you may have, and what kind of support feels most appropriate on the day. Your session may include Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, crystal bowls, monochord, drum, voice, chimes, Reiki, silence, or a combination of approaches. Instruments are chosen with care and intention, creating a personalised soundscape that meets you where you are. This experience may be especially supportive if you prefer a quieter, more tailored setting, are sensitive to sound or group environments, are moving through a life transition, or feel drawn to explore something more deeply. Personal Sound Therapy can create space for rest, emotional release, reflection, reconnection, creativity, insight, and a doorway to the wisdom within. There is nothing to analyse or figure out. You are simply invited to arrive as you are and notice what the sound brings into awareness. Your comfort and safety are always our priority. We will review your health history before your session to ensure Personal Sound Therapy is appropriate for you and can be adapted where needed. Please read our full health guidelines before booking.
