Sound Massage

Service Description

Many of us love massages, but imagine a massage so deep that tissues, organs and cells are also ‘massaged’. This is what a sound massage does, using gentle sound waves created by Singing Bowls, placed on your neck, back, shoulders, and feet. This 30 minute treatment can help release muscular tension & pain relief, dissolving toxins, promoting energy flow, relaxation and boosting mood. Location: In a therapy room at my residence in Greenwich, SE10. Please note that sound massage treatment is not recommended for anyone with spinal issues such as collapsed, bulging or crushed discs, or the following health conditions: * Epilepsy/ seizures * Seizures * Women who are less than 3 months pregnant * PTSD * Anyone recovering from major surgery (within the last few weeks) *Anyone with a serious physical or mental health condition such as schizophrenia, paranoid schizophrenia or bipolar disorder *Anyone that is intoxicated If you are unsure, please get in touch with me, and always consult your GP first. Prior to any treatment, you will be asked to complete a detailed medical history form.

Cancellation Policy

You can book a one-to-one with Laura from one month in advance up to 2 days before the session, to give Laura time to prepare for the session (as every session is tailored), and to give you time to complete the consultation and medical intake form. Cancellations and rescheduling is allowed free of charge up to 48 hours in advance, after which point, the full amount will be charged.
