Service Description

Reiki is a gentle hands-on or hands-off energy practice that offers space to rest, receive, and reconnect with yourself. Many people come to Reiki during periods of stress, change, grief, overwhelm, emotional heaviness, or transition. Others come simply because they feel disconnected from themselves and want time to pause, be still, and listen more deeply to what is already within. During your session, you’ll remain fully clothed and rest comfortably on a treatment bed, supported with blankets and cushions. Reiki may be offered through gentle touch or with the hands held just above the body, depending on your preference and comfort. Each experience is different. Some people feel warmth, tingling, spaciousness, emotion, stillness, or deep rest. Others notice subtle shifts, memories, insights, or a clearer sense of what they need. There is no need to analyse, explain, or work anything out. You are simply invited to receive. Reiki can be booked as a standalone treatment or combined with therapeutic sound for a deeper, layered experience. Your comfort and safety are always our priority.
