Himalayan Bowls & Sound Massage

Service Description

A deeply restorative one-to-one session combining soothing sound massage with the warm, grounding tones of Himalayan Singing Bowls. The bowls’ rich, earthy vibrations help calm the nervous system, ease muscular and emotional tension, and guide the body back toward balance — often described as a sonic embrace. During your treatment, the bowls are played both around you and, gently on the neck, back, shoulders and feet. This full-body resonance encourages layers of stress to dissolve and invites deep presence & stillness. Each session is entirely unique, responding to your body’s rhythm, needs, and natural self-healing process and may be paired with essential oils or crystals to support your intention and therapeutic goals. You will have a chance to share this in your booking & intake form. WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear warm, loose, comfortable clothing and socks (essential for warmth and hygiene). GOOD TO KNOW: Men will be seen by Tom. Women will be seen by Laura. Please select the appropriate practitioner for your session. HEALTH GUIDELINES: Bowl sound is not be suitable if you are pregnant within the first three months, epileptic, have a severe mental illness, or experience seizures as they can alter your brainwave state. On-body bowl sound is not suitable if you have bulging, herniated, and slipped discs, and extra care may need to be taken if you have metal implants in your body. You will be asked about your health during booking so please do share all with us. THERAPEUTIC BENEFITS: You can read more about the benefits of the bowls by visiting: foundinsound.co.uk/instruments
