This 90-minute private discovery session gives you the rare opportunity to be in the same space with a wide range of professional instruments — all in one place — so you can explore them without pressure. In the calm setting of The Chapel, Sevenoaks, you’ll get to try the following instruments: - 2 x large gongs - A range of Himalayan singing bowls & a standing bowl - A range of crystal singing bowls (including planet bowls & alchemy) - Drum - Monochord - Rainstick - Chimes - Shakers & Pala Shaker - Thunder Drum - Different types of wands, mallets and beaters - We will also talk about the voice as an instrument The focus is not on learning to play or receiving training — instead, it’s on noticing your own reactions, preferences, and connections. You might find certain sounds feel grounding, others uplifting, and some stir unexpected emotions. This is valuable insight when deciding which instruments to invest in, and how they might suit your intended focus — whether for group work or one-to-one sessions.
